Known for reinventing and transforming HR from the outside-in, he has managed large global teams and held management and board positions at country, regional, and global levels. A renowned international speaker, Chee Gay specialises in group-level HR transformation, talent management, employer branding, HR process digitisation, data analytics, and operational excellence. His impressive career includes leadership roles at TDCX, AIA, Samsung, T-Systems, Astro, and Intel, where he has consistently driven strategic HR initiatives as a Global CHRO. As an award-winning leader, Chee Gay’s significant contributions to HR industry have made him a highly recognised and respected figure in the HR community. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at UNITAR and sits on advisory panels for various prestigious organisations.
