A certified HRS, SPHRi, he is known for championing authentic leadership, an inclusive workplace culture, and agile HR governance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Dr. Kua Kee Tui holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from HELP University, where his research focused on job satisfaction, person-environment fit, and turnover intention in early-career bankers in the banking industry.
