Cherry is the HR Director for Southeast Asia at Mo\u00ebt Hennessy, the prestigious wine and spirits division of LVMH. In her current role, she is overseeing 6 countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. Passionate about shaping culture, developing talent, and supporting transformation across diverse markets, she enjoys being a commercial HR business partner and employee advocate.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Cherry has twice led the start-up of new business entities: first launching operations in Malaysia and China for the IT company PGi, and later setting up the APAC<\/p>\n

Business Services and Global IT Hub in Kuala Lumpur for The Est\u00e9e Lauder Companies.<\/p>\n

While working at PepsiCo and navigating her pregnancy and motherhood journey, Cherry also achieved a part-time Master\u2019s Degree in HR Management from Open University Malaysia.<\/p>\n
