Throughout her career, she has led complex workplace negotiations, advised senior leadership on strategic people matters, and championed fair, compliant, and sustainable employment practices.

With a strong passion for advancing sustainable employee relations and ethical leadership, she brings a balanced perspective that combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise.

Prior to Coca-Cola, Yael was a practicing lawyer at Messrs Zaid Ibrahim & Co. before moving in-house at Maxis, British American Tobacco, Accenture, Malaysia Airlines.
