Yat Seng holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the National University of Malaysia. With over 25 years of HR experience, he has held leadership roles across security services, financial services, shared services, and the chemical industry. As Head of Talent Development for Synthomer Asia, he partners with global and regional leadership to shape strategies in succession planning, talent and leadership development, performance management, learning, employer branding, and talent acquisition. He has played a key role in driving impactful HR initiatives, particularly in talent management and leadership development. As part of the regional DE&I leadership team, he has also been instrumental in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organisation.
