Yat Seng obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from National University of Malaysia. He has over twenty years experience in Human Resources and holds various management positions in security services, financial services, shared services and chemical industry.

 

 

In his current capacity as Head of Talent Development for Synthomer Asia, he works closely with global and regional Executive Leadership Team in defining strategy and approach in the area of succession management, talent management, leadership development, performance management, learning and development, employer branding and talent acquisition agenda globally and regionally. Besides, he’s part of the team of winning numerous HR Awards in Malaysia. The most notable was MiHRM’s HR Awards – Employer of Choice (Gold) in 2018.
