Yoon is the Malaysia Human Resources Director for Texas Instruments which aims to create a better world by making electronics affordable through semiconductors. He has spent almost 2 decades of his career in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with his experience ranging from various operations engineering roles to human resources.  In his current role, he oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Factory Trainings and HR business partner functions for TI sites in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka, supporting Technology and Manufacturing Group in Malaysia to grow stronger.
