Christi is the Head of Human Resources at Hann Casino Resort, the first and only Integrated Resort north of Manila and one of the fastest growing Integrated Resorts in the Philippines, with brands such as Hann Casino, Hann Lux, Marriott, Swissotel and Widus Hotel under its wing.

She has been working in Human Resources since 2014, when she first joined the hospitality industry under the Holiday Inn brand.

Her passion for HR lies in her belief that our role is to build understanding between management and people, ensuring engagement and sustainability of livelihoods.

Prior her exposure to HR she has been in Aviation, serving as Station Manager of AirAsia, and holding other positions with Asiana Airlines and Clark International Airport.

Christi is a Magna cum Laude graduate of the University of the Philippines, BA Broadcast Communication. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three children.
