Carlo Zandueta is the Vice President Human Resources of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and concurrently the HR Director of Shell’s business operations in Shell Japan and Shell South Korea – covering over 5,000 staff and spanning multiple businesses in Downstream, Upstream, New Energies & Integrated Gas, and Shared Services.

He has over 20 years of professional experience including an international assignment of 12 years in Singapore. He has held local, regional, and global roles in HR business partnering, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Prior to his current role, he played a key part in the successful global transformation of the Shell Aviation business – from defining the strategy to implementing the organizational transformation initiatives across more than 30 countries.

Carlo holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and a master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University in Manila.
