Chester has more than 20 years of HR and Corporate Communications experience with stints at Deloitte SEA, Pepsi Cola, Maersk Shipping, SM Supermalls and Sun Life.

He has extensive practice in learning and development, culture building, organisational development, talent management and internal corporate communications. As a strategic HR leader, he focuses on understanding underlying organization and people challenges, designing high impact initiatives, as well as end-to-end implementation to support business goals and employee productivity. Currently, he is the Head of HROD at Ramcar Group of Companies.

Under his leadership, he has won himself and his organisation multiple awards locally and regionally.
