Darwin is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing under Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR), a subsidiary of Meralco. He is responsible for Corporate and Subsidiaries recruitment for Technical Engineers, Managers and Executive positions as well as handling the entire recruitment operations. Also, he aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organisation and maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact key such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics. On top of his role, he is also the events & programme organiser and coordinator of MIESCOR United.
