Her professional experience spans multiple industries, including FMCG, automotive, services, and high technology, having held senior HR roles with leading global organisations such as Fonterra Brands, Campbell’s Arnott’s Philippines, BMW Philippines, Toyota Manila Bay Group, CATS Motors Group, Sodexo Philippines, and LG Electronics.

Currently, Emilyn serves as HR director for the Asia Region at LG Electronics, overseeing HR teams across 11 sales subsidiaries and multiple branch operations throughout Asia Pacific. She has been recognised as one of the most admired women leaders in her field, in conjunction with International Women’s Month. Her leadership excellence has been widely acknowledged through numerous regional and global HR awards, and she is a respected thought leader, industry contributor, and awards panel judge within the HR community.
