Fabi Cariño is a distinguished HR thought leader and international executive coach with over two decades of experience transforming talent landscapes across the pharmaceutical, media, and BPO sectors. Currently serving as the head of people, culture, and operations for Greenpeace Southeast Asia, she is a widely recognised people and culture strategist, known for her influence in the HR community and for inspiring leaders across the region.
An adjunct professor at the Asian Institute of Management, Cariño holds a doctorate in philosophy in human resources (Honoris Causa) and is an experienced speaker and facilitator. With deep expertise in mental health advocacy and talent development, she brings a global perspective to the jury, ensuring that excellence in human capital is evaluated through the lens of innovation, empathy, and sustainable impact.
