Jay is an entrepreneur and driven executive with 24 years of inspiring and energetic leadership in three continents, including fund-raising experience.

Jay has intimacy with the startup culture in challenging environments – its intense, in-your-face, get-down-and-get-dirty requirements. He’s able to influentially marshal teams towards achieving dreams through positive relationship-building. Jay is self-managed with strengths in the physical, psychological and spiritual.

Currently, he’s the C3PO – Chief People, Purpose and Passion Officer – for Ellana, the #1 mineral cosmetics brand in the Philippines. As C3PO, he’s the gatekeeper of the company’s culture and he mentors and coaches 35 key company linchpins and partners. As a result of the pandemic, Jay has become a more caring and understanding human being who’s able to drive results better as a leader.
