Josefina Cruz is the currently serves as the VP HR of Quantrics Enterprises.

In her previous role with Shearwater Health, she is responsible for leading the organisation’s overall people strategies including total rewards,  employee  relations, training, employee experience, HR technology and governance.
Josefina is a seasoned HR and business leader, focused on innovative people strategies to deliver business results.

Prior to joining Shearwater, she served as Regional HR Director for Philippines and Malaysia at Conduent and Executive Director, People & Organisation at Sony Global Business Services.  She also held HR leadership roles at various companies, including Canon Business Services, SC Johnson and Emerson.

Josefina holds a degree in Psychology at Far Eastern University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
