She has roughly 15 years of experience in the field of human resources, with practice in such settings as academe, fresh produce export company, healthcare, automobile and QSR or food company.

In all of her stints, she gives importance to how people are regarded as valuable drivers to the success of an organization, in driving towards higher performance and in ensuring alignment between business directions and people motivation, behaviors and commitment.

In all of the companies she has worked with, some significant contributions have been shared to include resetting of workplace and alignment of people with the directions of the organization especially during the pandemic period.

Her other milestones include engaging the team towards a common purpose, ensuring compliance, promoting internal branding, maintaining high standards of performance and giving corresponding rewards. Her involvement with change management, leadership development, CSR and continuous improvement are some of her foci as an HR practitioner.
