She serves as the Head of Human Resource Management, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality HR services and transformation. With over 25 years in Human Resources, Allena discovered her passion for all facets of HR. She gained prominence as an HR leader in various industries, particularly in multinational companies within High Tech, Manufacturing, and Pharma sectors. Allena also actively participates in church callings, serving as the Paranaque Stake Primary President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she influences the lives of others, especially women.

Allena has a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Psychology) from PM and her expertise in HR, compliance, and Human Capital development makes her a valuable asset to her organization.
