Marco is currently the HR Director at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation overseeing its entire Human Resources function. With his almost 2 decades of Human Resources experience, he has well-rounded exposure in various industries, namely retail, food service, information technology, cable & telecommunications, and investment management.

Marco’s leadership has been acknowledged both in the Philippines and across the Asia Pacific region.

Marco graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management, minor in Strategic Human Resources Management at the Ateneo De Manila University. He also completed the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) Programme, as well as the Leadership Management Development Programme at the Ateneo De Manila University Graduate School of Business.
