Ms. Marielle Santos is a leadership coach with demonstrated history of serving in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. She has built a career in the field of human resources specializing in Learning and Development but has a wide experience in the areas of general management, talent management, strategic planning and execution and project management. A lover of change, challenge and innovation and a strong believer in helping propel people towards their full potential.

She was Shakey’s Guest Engagement Director in 2015, and General Manager of Project Pie from 2016 to 2017. Mid of 2017, became Shakey’s Delivery Systems Head and headed the HR Division of Shakey’s until mid-2019. Her most recent stint was leading team Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar as the General Manager starting from its acquisition in June 2019, aggressively growing and building the brand till 2023. She has now transitioned back to HR as the SPAVI Chief Human Resources Officer. She graduated from UP Los Banos with a degree in BS Development Communications and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo-Regis Program.
