Grace joined Johnson & Johnson in 2004 and is currently Head of Corporate Services Total Rewards for Asia Pacific. Concurrently, she serves as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead for the Philippines. Previously, Grace was Human Resources Director for the Consumer business of Johnson & Johnson Philippines.

Prior to J&J, she had worked in the field of compensation and benefits at Willis Towers Watson, Motorola and IBM.

Grace is a graduate of St. Scholastica’s College where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Human Resources Development, a double-degree honors program, Cum Laude. She has completed academic requirements for a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at De La Salle University.

Grace is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) by the WorldatWork Society of Professionals in the United States.
