Mary Margaret, or “Maggie,” is a seasoned C-suite HR Executive with more than a decade of solid experience in human resources management, with specializations in strategic HR planning, change management and transformation, executive coaching, organizational development, talent and leadership development, industrial relations, total rewards, and business start-ups.

She was exposed to several industries, like academe, banking and finance, information technology, manufacturing, retail, shared services, and BPO, to name a few.
Prior to being the CHRO of Primeline Philippines, she worked with regional human resources in the Asia-Pacific region with a track record of success in redeveloping, standardizing, and retooling entire HR systems from the ground up.
Maggie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as Cum Laude and a master’s degree in Industrial Counseling, and she has received the highest academic awards. Maggie is also a holder of the Level 3 CHRME designation, which is one of the highest certification accomplishments for an HR professional.
