Mary Margaret, known to her colleagues and friends as “Maggie,” stood out as a seasoned C-suite HR executive, bringing over a decade of robust experience in human resources management. Her expertise spanned a variety of specialisations, including strategic HR planning, change management and transformation, executive coaching, organisational development, talent and leadership development, industrial relations, total rewards, and business start-ups.

Throughout her career, Maggie had the opportunity to immerse herself in a diverse range of industries. From banking and finance, and from information technology to manufacturing, retail, shared services, and BPO, she gained invaluable insights and skills that enriched her professional journey.

Before taking on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Primeline Philippines, Maggie had made significant contributions to regional human resources across the Asia-Pacific region. Her track record was marked by success in redeveloping, standardising, and retooling entire HR systems from the ground up, showcasing her ability to drive transformative change wherever she went.

Academically, Maggie was equally accomplished. She held a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial Counselling, both of which earned her the highest academic honours. Additionally, she was a proud holder of the Level 3 CHRME and SHRM Senior Certified Professional certifications, representing some of the highest achievements attainable in the field of human resources. With her extensive experience, academic prowess, and a passion for developing talent, Maggie was well-equipped to lead and inspire those around her.
