She has spent her 14 years of her career in the Middle East particularly UAE and Kuwait and around 15 years in the Philippines as HR professional and exposure in payroll functions. Moreover, she graduated with a degree on BSC major in business economics at the University of Santo Tomas, with diploma in human resources management from University of Dubai and earned units of MBA from San Beda College.

Michelle is a proud Batanguena by heart and a mother of 3 daughters. When not in work, she enjoys cooking, going to the mall and spending vacation with family.

Throughout her career, Michelle experienced a roller coaster ride both on her personal and professional life. But she remained hopeful and believes that “If someone offers you an amazing opportunity and you’re not sure you can do it, say yes — then learn how to do it later.”
