Neulfred’s educational background includes holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology from De La Salle University-Manila (DLSU-M) and master’s degree in industrial / organisational psychology. His spectrum of HR domains includes HR business partnering, talent management, talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, total rewards, engagement, and labour management. Notably, Neulfred’s experience extends across the ASEAN region, where he has led HR best practices, digital transformations, and advancements in HR methodologies.

Outside from work, Neulfred is a passionate advocate for continuous learning and education as he extends his expertise to graduate students and professionals, demonstrating his commitment to cultivating the next generation of HR and business leaders. Neulfred’s zest for life seamlessly integrates into his work-life balance, as evidenced by his enthusiasm for outdoor adventures such as hiking, surfing, wall climbing, diving, and beach outings. A self-proclaimed “backpacker,” he traverses the diverse landscapes of the Philippines.
