Paul is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, known for his expertise in talent acquisition and management. He started his career in Human Resources when he assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at SPi Global (Inspiro) in 2011. Paul transitioned to a more senior role as Senior Human Resources Manager at City of Dreams Manila. Currently, he serves as the Director of Human Resources at Seda Hotels, where he continues to leverage his extensive experience and expertise to drive organisational success. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

Paul obtained a degree in Business Management from De La Salle University Manila. Paul pursued further education and earned his Master in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila University.
