Randy has almost three decades of professional experience in almost all practice areas of Human Resources with deep expertise in learning and development, talent development, organizational development, performance management and talent acquisition. He started my career in a management consulting company for the public sector and moved to several big multinational and local companies in the semiconductor manufacturing, quick serve restaurant, and pharmaceutical industries handling different and multiple HR roles.

Randy currently heads the Human Resources and Administration division of BASF Philippines, a member of BASF Group which is the largest chemical producer in the world. He is responsible for ensuring end-to-end HR operations excellence in the country. He partners with business and HR leaders both local and regional to address critical issues impacting employee experience and business performance.
