Belza has close to three decades of experience in people management. He has handled various capacities in the field of Human Resources for successful companies such as Globe Telecom, Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, and Jollibee Foods Corporation.

He is currently the VP for Human Capital Management of GOLDEN ABC, also known as The Penshoppe Group, which is a multi-awarded international fashion enterprise that is home to top proprietary brands shaping the retail industry today.

Belza graduated Cum Laude from St. Camillus College Seminary. He also holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business Regis Program. In 2022, he attended the Driving Corporate Performance course at the Harvard Business School.

A passionate marathoner, he strongly believes that HR Leaders are like running coaches — they empower people to chase after their own dreams. He is now preparing for the Tokyo Marathon after completing the London and Chicago Marathons.
