\u00a0Terri Llamas is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a total of thirty (30) years experience gained from various industries such as Hospitality, Entertainment and Leisure, Fitness, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing to name a few.<\/p>\n

Prior to accepting the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Travellers International Hotel Group Inc., she was part of the executive leadership team and led the strategic HR operations of a number of notable companies in the Philippines such as Okada Manila, Star Cruises Manila, and Robinsons Retail Group. Aside from this, she gained regional and global exposure when she became the People Manager for Asia for Jatomi Fitness in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

Being an HR practitioner for three decades made it much clearer for her that all companies are in the people business. As she currently leads a workforce of 5,000 employees, she always keeps in mind to put them at the heart of the organization,engaging them through their minds and hearts to create an outstanding employee experience that will bring a positive impact to the organization.<\/p>\n
