With over 26 years of distinguished experience, Emman has served in leadership roles at some of the Philippines’ most prominent conglomerates, including Ayala, JG Summit, San Miguel, ABS-CBN, and Concepcion Industrial, as well as multinational firms like MSD, Accenture, Telus, and AG&P.<\/p>\n

Emman is a highly regarded HR leader with extensive expertise in people strategy, talent development, and organisational transformation. He has consistently been recognised for his significant contributions to the HR field, including being featured in prominent HR industry and named among the top HR leaders in Asia and globally.<\/p>\n

A top graduate of San Beda University, Emman further honed his leadership acumen through advanced studies at Ateneo de Manila, Cornell University, and the Asian Institute of Management, solidifying his reputation as a transformative and visionary HR leader.<\/p>\n
