Reneth Datahan has more than 30 years of progressive work experience in human resources management and is currently an HR generalist covering human resource planning, recruitment, performance management, learning & development, career planning, information sharing, rewards & recognition, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, policy formulation, health and safety, personal well-being, employee engagement, compliance, general affairs and administrative responsibilities.<\/p>\n
