In her previous role with Shearwater Health<\/span>, she is responsible for leading the organisation\u2019s overall people strategies including total rewards,\u00a0 employee\u00a0 relations, training, employee experience, HR technology and governance.
Josefina\u00a0is a seasoned HR and business leader, focused on innovative people strategies to deliver business results.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Shearwater, she served as Regional HR Director for Philippines and Malaysia at Conduent and Executive Director, People & Organisation at Sony Global Business Services.\u00a0 She also held HR leadership roles at various companies, including Canon Business Services, SC Johnson and Emerson.<\/p>\n

Josefina\u00a0holds a degree in Psychology at Far Eastern University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.<\/p>\n
