Cheezka Marie L. Mercader is an enthusiastic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in planning & directing all areas of work in the Human Resources in the fast-paced Hospitality Industry for 14 years now in the Philippines and particularly being part of the pre-opening of hotel properties in Cebu, Bohol & Manila.<\/p>\n

She is a Registered Nurse by profession and a HR Practitioner by passion which is the reason she pursued a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Development Management where she earned a Double Degree in 2023.<\/p>\n

She started her career in Aviation as a Cabin Crew. But a brave move of leaving her childhood dream Job led her to the Hotel Industry where she found her purpose as she worked as a Hotel Nurse and at the same time a Recruiter. This paved her way to making passion her profession. Currently, she is the Director of Talent & Culture of a 5-star resort in Mactan Cebu, PH.<\/p>\n
