Currently serving as the head of people, culture, and operations for Greenpeace Southeast Asia, she is a widely recognised people and culture strategist, known for her influence in the HR community and for inspiring leaders across the region.<\/p>\n

An adjunct professor at the Asian Institute of Management, Cari\u00f1o holds a doctorate in philosophy in human resources (Honoris Causa) and is an experienced speaker and facilitator.
