Based in Singapore, Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience from diverse industries ranging from banking, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and technology.
Andrew first joined Jabil in 2020. He is responsible for creating and deploying organisational-wide talent acquisition structure, strategies, tools, and processes, ensuring the business has talent to meet current and future needs. He is also involved in implementing HR management system upgrades while spearheading key projects, initiatives, and rollouts.
Prior to Jabil, he led key talent acquisition activities in GlobalFoundries and Applied Materials where he developed executive recruitment process from scratch and played a key role in business partnering, talent management while developing and executing strategic HR goals.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering Management from University of Western Sydney.
