As chief human resources officer of Vena Group and a member of its sustainability committee, she shapes both the company’s people strategy and sustainability agenda. She has driven transformation during rapid regional expansion, unifying teams and fostering a culture of innovation, well-being, and inclusivity, while advancing responsible, people-centric business practices.
Anna has held senior roles at Temasek Management Services, Mercer, Resorts World Sentosa, Neptune Orient Lines, StarHub and Motorola, bringing deep expertise in M&A, start-ups, and large-scale transformation.
