In this role, she is responsible for driving talent management activities and technology across Allianz Asia Pacific to ensure quality approach in developing high potential talent, driving mobility and building strong internal succession pipeline for executives and critical roles in the region.
With her strong passion and deep knowledge in Talent Management and Learning & Development, Ariel has wide industry experience across insurance and banking.
