Arpita Sharma is a result-oriented HR leader with extensive experience in driving a holistic talent strategy in close partnership with Senior business stakeholders. During the last 19 years, she has led global projects across different COE teams, and also led large teams across regional roles in Asia Pacific, India and Middle East. Her experience ranges from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Engagement, Performance & Career Management, and HR Policy & Governance. Arpita currently leads a Global team for HR Policies at Cognizant, responsible for driving standardized policies and processes to enhance employee experience across the organization. Prior to this role, Arpita led the Talent Acquisition function for APAC and Middle East at Cognizant, where she was responsible for defining and implementing a regional Talent Acquisition strategy for all businesses. She holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and has worked with other firms like Accenture and Larsen & Toubro prior to joining Cognizant.
