Arun is a well-rounded HR professional with experience in full Employee Life Cycle HR operations in different geographies for close to 12 years now. He started his career with Nokia as a Global Graduate in 2007 and worked in different roles like HR Operations, L&D, and HR Business Partnering. His longest stint with Nokia was based out of Dubai, UAE as the HR Manager for Saudi Arabia. After which he joined Deutsche Bank as a HR Business Partner, supporting very important teams for the Business like GCRT (Global Credit Rating Team) and EMG (Exposure Management Group).

Arun also has wide-spanning experience in General Electric Energy and Danaher India before taking on his current role. He has also been associated with teaching / coaching for the past 14+ years as a visiting faculty at various institutes and forums of repute. In 2018, Arun was invited as a panelist and speaker by various forums and is a passionate people’s person who has the ability to connect and engage with people across geographies.
