Azrina has deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment and has designed scalable, data-driven talent solutions as well as built and mentored high-performing in-country and virtual teams. Currently at GlobalFoundries, Azrina heads APAC Talent Acquisition and oversees recruitment across manufacturing operations in Singapore, Germany, and the US. She leads cross-border teams, drives strategic hiring programs, executive recruitment, and campus partnerships with institutes and government bodies. A recognised industry voice, Azrina has spoken at SEMICON SEA, NUS, and grassroots and community events, sharing insights on DEI, technology evolution, and preparing future talent for the global workforce.
