Carrie holds a master’s degree in human capital leadership from Singapore Management University, where she was awarded the Lee Kong Chian School of Business “Women in Business” scholarship. Recognised for her strategic mindset and people centric leadership, she brings a balanced perspective to HR excellence, combining strong business acumen with a focus on building happy, sustainable, future ready organisations.
