Cary is an HR leader with over 18 years of experience who is currently the Vice President for People and Culture at Klook. In such an environment with fast business expansion and new hubs being established more and more frequently, Cary has built a robust organizational structure and people strategy across 20 offices globally and counting. She also specializes in employee engagement, focusing on employee listening and wellbeing as the keys to unlocking full employee potential.

Before joining Klook, Cary was the Director of People & Culture for Publicis Groupe in Hong Kong and the strategic business partner of their senior management team. She also previously occupied a couple of regional roles in different global organizations such as Oxford University Press and Travelzoo, a NASDAQ-listed global online travel media company, where she helped build and expand the startup team in the APAC region.
