In addition, Catherine is responsible for leading our culture and change processes across the region, partnering with advocates from functions and countries to ensure a future ready workforce.

Catherine has worked in companies within the Crop Science industry for over 15 years, working from Australia with large multinationals within the agricultural landscape, covering all functions in Australia and New Zealand prior to moving to Singapore to take on a regional role covering Asia Pacific.
