His work spans the full breadth of the HR function, from talent management and leadership development to organisational design, employee experience and workforce transformation. Across the public service and a large unionised transport operator, he has led HR through periods of growth, restructuring and change, positioning the function as a strategic partner to the business. He remains active in the wider HR community, where he advises senior HR leaders, and is a committed professional and mentor.
