Giulia has over 10 years of experience in several HR functions and projects. She has been working for Barilla Group since 2014 where she covered multiple positions in the Human Resources dept.
Prior to Barilla, she enjoyed different HR roles in Logistic and Tech companies.

Currently, she is based in Singapore and oversees the HR function for APAC Region, with the aim at managing and developing employees and exploring new organizational models and tools to achieve business targets, support international expansion and bring value to the company.

Passionate about all Human Resources topics, Leadership development, FMCG industry, operations and manufacturing processes, change management and digitalization.

Her mantras are “Turn the passion into actions” and “Leaders are never self-made. If you have great people around you, they will take you higher”.
