Gloria Chin

National Environment Agency
Gloria Chin has two decades of HR experience, in the private and public sectors. She started her career with the Housing & Development Board and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore before moving to head the HR function for the National Healthcare Group corporate office and thereafter started up a new healthcare group, Jurong Health Services as its HR Director.
Gloria is currently the HR Director of the National Environment Agency (NEA), the 3rd biggest government agency in Singapore. From 2014 to 2016, NEA won a total of 13 HR Excellence Awards including the Public Sector Employer of the Year 2016.
