With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, Gloria has a track record of building Human Resources function and teams from the ground up. She is a strategic thinker and thought leader who influences and advises leaders as a business partner, fuelling positive organisational development and a high performing culture.

She is also a leader characterised with extraordinary ability to deliver and believes strongly in walking the talk. She was recently featured in SwedCham’s #candid: 100 Perspectives on Gender Equality in Singapore – an unprecedented collection of leadership voices speaking out on the important role of women in society and business, where she spoke on going beyond gender equality.

She currently manages the global Human Resources function for Ikano Retail, a franchisee of IKEA. Gloria holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Temple University. She is a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
