Irene Goh is a passionate HR leader with more than 25 years of diverse experiences in the HR area, managing with different stages of growth in various industries (high tech, services, media sales and manufacturing) bearing different corporate and culture settings.  Her experiences range from pioneering the set up of new companies, overseeing regional HR operation advisory roles; HR transformation on change management, Total rewards management, Global talent mobility and leaderships development, spearheading various projects such as setting up HR new systems in new offices in the APAC region. She was one of the winners of HR Excellence awards consecutively for past 3 years.  

She holds Master in HRM after graduated with a degree in Business Administration (NUS). She was also accredited IHRP Senior Professional and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (SIM).
