Isabel is a seasoned HR Leader with a track record of enabling business growth through effective talent programmes in science, tech, consumer financial services, and consulting. She has lived and worked across the globe, building and leading high-trust teams.

Isabel is obsessed with creating consumer-grade experiences for employees. She believes in the power of storytelling – distilling complex ideas in memorable ways that spark insight and compel action. As Director of Talent, Culture and Engagement at Experian, she runs learning & development, diversity & inclusion, leadership and talent programmes to enhance performance and drive innovation. Isabel holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Industrial Organisational Psychology from Baruch College.
