Itmam Choudhury is a leading compensation and benefits (C&B) practitioner with more than 18 years’ experience leading various projects as a consultant as well as managing the regional C&B function in various multinational companies. Itmam’s varied experience extends to the full C&B spectrum including planning and strategy design, process implementation, and conducting effective communications.

His key achievements include effective change management in healthcare benefits in several key markets by introducing co-payment and healthcare flex plans to better manage benefits costs. He has also led his team and other key stakeholders in integrating the C&B platforms of several prominent acquisitions and JV’s in the past.
