Jeethu Syriac is the head of human resources at St. Luke’s Hospital (SLH), where he oversees HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. With over 15 years of HR experience across the information technology and healthcare sectors, he brings a practical and people-centred approach to organisational development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and a postgraduate qualification in human resources development.
