Julia Koh is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Sunningdale Tech, a multinational leader in high-tech precision plastics engineering headquartered in Singapore. She oversees the global HR function across nine countries and 18 sites, driving strategic people initiatives that support the company’s growth and transformation.

A seasoned global HR executive with over 20 years of experience, Julia has a proven track record in leading workforce transformation, culture change, differentiated talent strategies, competitive compensation frameworks, strategic employee engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and future-oriented HR business partnering.

Prior to joining Sunningdale, Julia served as HR Director at Venture Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing firm, where she led HR operations across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. Before that, she held leadership roles at GlobalFoundries, a NASDAQ-listed semiconductors manufacturing company—as Head of Talent Acquisition Asia and Head of HR Business Partnering Asia—supporting the company’s regional growth and talent strategy. Julia began her HR career as an HR Business Partner at Infineon Technologies, one of Europe’s largest semiconductor companies.
